Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75 CAD and are calculated at checkout based on your location
3. Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
4. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country (typically 10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at fitleapsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
