Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number. This usually happens within 2–5 business days of placing your order.
📧 Can't find the email? Check your spam/junk folder or search for "Your FITLEAP order has shipped".
Step 2 — Track Your Package
Click the link for your carrier below and enter your tracking number:
- 🇨🇦 Canada Post — Track with Canada Post
- 📦 UPS — Track with UPS
- ✈️ FedEx — Track with FedEx
- 🌍 17TRACK (International) — Track with 17TRACK
Step 3 — Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- International: 14–30 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
⚠️ Common Tracking Issues
- Tracking not updating? It can take 24–72 hours for tracking info to appear after your order ships.
- Package marked delivered but not received? Check with neighbours or your building's mailroom first, then contact us.
- Wrong address? Contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order ships.
